This beautiful town home is located in the gated community of Innsbruck. PARKING: There is space for four (4) cars in the allotted parking spots in front of the home. Two (2) are in front of the porch, and two (2) are in front of the walkway. VEHICLE PASS: Guests will need to complete a vehicle registration form to receive a parking pass. A link for the form will be sent once you have booked. ARRIVAL TIME: You must be checked in before 11:00 pm to obtain your pass.

**3rd/Top Floor:** Discover comfort on the top floor, where two beautifully decorated bedrooms await, each furnished with a queen-sized bed for a peaceful night's rest. A shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Adjacent to the bathroom is a modern stackable washer/dryer combo for your convenience. **Main Level/2nd Floor:** Experience the spaciousness of the open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, and dining area. A king-sized bed bedroom with an attached ensuite bathroom is also situated on this floor. Step through two sets of French doors onto the back porch, equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. A half bath off the living room adds to the convenience. **1st Floor/Bottom Level:** The bottom level is a complete one-bedroom apartment accommodating up to four guests. The living room features two single futons, and the bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A half bath is also located off the living area. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two sets of French doors lead to the patio, where a hot tub, grill, and outdoor furniture invite you to unwind. (See additional photos for the floor plans) NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY AT ALL due to its close proximity to other rentals and homes. There is a monitoring system on property to detect smoking usage of any kind. Smoking on property can result in being asked to leave property with no refund and an additional cleaning fee. Trash: Outside Trashcan is located on the side of the house too left when looking at the front door next to the sidewalk. Please make sure it is shut properly to keep the bears out of it. Fireplace: They are turned on seasonally from end of November to end of February
