The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Relax in the cozy living room, complete with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Stay connected with fast 1 Gig wifi internet throughout the property. Thermostat: This is set and locked to stay between 68 and 73.
Other Details to Note
**We require that the guest completing the booking complete an "Identity Verification" through Airbnb before being able to book. Dogs: 2 Dogs UNDER 25lbs allowed. "No exotic or dangerous animals, no dog or cat with any bite history, and no Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf hybrid or any mix thereof are permitted on the property." Failure to comply can result in removal from the property immediately and no refund. **This area is growing fast, and there is construction at other properties around the house, so there may be some construction noise from time to time during your stay. We've never had any complaints, just something to be aware of. **Please remember that the neighborhood is full of new and old, fun and eclectic, and neighbors keep their yards as they see fit (even if we wouldn't keep ours that way). **We do not allow local bookings.
